Communications Faculty
This faculty is made up of both the English Department and Modern Foreign Languages Department.
Together we aim to provide an inspirational, creative and vibrant curriculum, which promotes independence, resilience and memorable learning with high expectations for all. We want students to discover and experiment with language through speaking, listening and reading and develop strategies to write confidently and expressively for different audiences and purposes. Our aim is to enable students to maximise their ability to communicate effectively and to understand different cultures, attitudes and customs across both departments. We always strive to create opportunities for every child to enjoy learning, take pride in all they do and to celebrate successes and achievements.
