Land Disposal Consultation

The Governing Body of Pittville School is seeking consent from the Secretary of State for Education to dispose of 21,100sqm of playing field land at the school under section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.

The school wish to dispose of the playing field which is located to the north of the main school building in order for the capital receipt raised to fund sporting and educational improvements at the school.

If you have any comments regarding the disposal of the land please submit these to consultation@pittville.gloucs.sch.uk by 10am on 16th September 2022.

If you require any further information relating to the disposal then please contact the Headteacher at the school on 01242 524787.

Relevant comments will be submitted to the Department for Education.
