Food Preparation and Nutrition Exams 2020

Year 11 students in Food Preparation and Nutrition have been busy researching and planning for their second assessment (NEA2).
Students had to prepare, cook and present a menu which assesses their knowledge, skills and understanding in relation to the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food. This year the students had two themes to chose from: Budget family meals or a celebration Valentines menu.
Over 45 students took part in this exam and we have been really impressed with their thoughtful menu choices and the results.
